Copper ore beneficiation equipments include:
Vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball mill, flotation machine, fine ore filtering machine and dryer.
1. Crushing stage: The jaw crusher is used to crush the ore materials. The jaw crusher has a large crushing ratio and high output, which is very suitable for processing large pieces of copper mineral stone. This time it is equipped with PE-900×1200 jaw crusher;
2. Grinding stage: The ball mill is a grinding machine specially developed for the production of metal beneficiation. The grinding products has good grain shape, high fineness and high output. It is widely used in the fields of mineral processing, building materials, etc. This time it is equipped with Ф4000×6000 model ball mill;

3. Classification stage: The mineral powder after ball milling has complex composition and different particle sizes. It is initially screened by a classifier to prepare for the next step of metal selection. This time it is equipped with 2FG-15 Classifier;
4. Magnetic separation stage: The magnetic separator screens the metal powder materials through the action of the magnetic field. Under the action of the magnetic field, the copper concentrate will be magnetically aggregated to form a "magnet group", and the "magnet group" moves toward the magnetic pole and is finally adsorbed on the cylinder is sorted out, this time it is equipped with a CTB1021 magnetic separator;
5. Flotation stage: Flotation is a further selection operation and also a key step, which directly affects the accuracy of the produced copper ore. The copper ore particles are floated and fixed on the bubbles with the help of a suitable flotation agent and stirring and aeration operation to achieve the purpose of separating minerals, this time it is equipped with XJK-0.35 flotation machine;
6. Concentration stage: The extracted concentrate needs to be dehydrated. A thickener can be used to quickly and filter the moisture in the concentrate. This time it is equipped with an NZS-6 thickener;
